Brian Hemming
Founder of H Group Coaching. Coach, leader, and builder based in Bozeman, Montana.
The short version
Brian Hemming founded H Group Coaching in 2020 to help founders, entrepreneurs, executives, athletes, coaches, and teams lead better and perform at a higher level. Based in Bozeman, Montana, he brings more than two decades of leadership in athletics, education, and business.
Before H Group, Brian served as Director of Lacrosse Operations for NCAA Division I Towson University, where head coach Shawn Nadelen called him his "right-hand man" through a surge in the program's success. Earlier, he was Athletic Director at Woodberry Forest School in Virginia, leading 35 teams and more than 50 coaches and staff.
He played college lacrosse at Gettysburg College, reaching the NCAA Division III tournament every season and three national semifinals. Since then he has coached at the high school, Division III, and Division I levels, worked with PLL-level talent, and coached multiple All-Americans.
Progress and consistency. Not perfection.
Outside of coaching, Brian founded H Group Lacrosse, an elite youth lacrosse training program in Bozeman, and FITFO Custom Cans, which handcrafts humidors from 50 Cal ammo cans in the USA. FITFO stands for the way he works: figure it out.
